Aos 61 anos, a fotógrafa canadense Corrie White está fazendo sucesso no site de fotografias Flickr com uma série de imagens de gotas em close-up. Registradas na cozinha de sua própria casa, as fotos mostram o momento em que os pingos caem sobre outros líquidos, gerando imagens que lembram cogumelos, coroas e outras figuras.

“Faço tudo manualmente”, contou ela à BBC Brasil. “Uso um conta-gotas e coloco o timer da minha câmera para clicar dali a cinco segundos. Não demora muito para eu conseguir um resultado interessante”.

Ela diz que o sucesso de sua série, iniciada no começo de 2009, a pegou “de surpresa”, e promete colocar logo no ar um site próprio.
